Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 7-14 business days of when the order was placed. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST will begin their time frame on the following business day. Federal Holidays are not included in these time frames. This wait is primarily due the custom nature of every order that is placed. Due to the current state of the USPS, please understand that we can in no way control or fix issues that may arise and are at the mercy of their logistics and resources. In addition to this, at this time we are not combining orders and thus, if multiple orders are placed at different times or days, we will not be able to merge them into one, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

Please note that shipping speeds such as Priority or Next Day Shipping will help the package move through the shipping system (USPS, UPS, DHL, Etc.) at an accelerated rate, however this does not effect the speed at which we hand make and ship your tether. We make sure to run order from first order placed to last order placed to keep things as fair as possible across the board, we apologize for any possible inconvenience or confusion.

Customs charges are definitely a reality for our international orders! We cannot express how excited we are to see our products being shipped internationally, however, we are not able to revise or alter the costs of our products in order to lower or prevent duties and taxes. These fee's will be the sole responsibility of the person placing the order, we apologize that we are not able to make any exceptions to this under any circumstance.
