Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@tufftethers.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that custom built tethers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to their custom nature.
ALL TETHERS COME WITH A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
In the event of a failed tether, DONT FREAK OUT! Our limited lifetime warranty ensures that you get a replacement quick and easily, so long as the following information is provided and your tether meets these simple requirements.
1. We will need your order number
2. If you do not have your order number, the name of the shop that you purchased your tether from will also work
3. A picture of your failed tether and all of the components, must be clearly visible
4. Your shipping information for us to get a replacement out to you!

WARRANTY AND EXCHANGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Limited Lifetime Warranty exchanges are here to keep you covered in the event that your tether fails due to a manufacturing defect.
This warranty exists to repair defective tethers and does not cover normal wear and tear caused by using your tether. In order to confirm whether a tether qualifies, we will need detailed photos of the failed tether in order to confirm.
NOTE: Unraveling a layer of the coil for any reason immediately voids your warranty and makes your tether ineligible for an exchange!
Flux Caps and Chamber Sleeves:
All Flux Caps and Chamber Sleeves come with a 30 day warranty which covers manufacturers defects.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged including custom products (such as special orders, shirts and hoodies, or personalized tethers). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
"Mystery Items" are exempt form the refunds and exchange policies, unfortunately, all sales on these types of limited/promotional items are final.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
